Social Worker Capacity Building on Conducting Support Groups for Parents of Children with Cancer at the Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL)

The Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL), supported by WHO, are collaborating with SANAD to build and enhance the capacity of social workers at the CCCL to run support groups for parents of children with cancer.

SANAD will:

• develop and provide the training to the social workers,
• shadow the social workers while leading the parent support groups and
• monitor and evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the support groups.
