SANAD, in collaboration with the Lebanese Association for Palliative Care Nursing, under the Order of Nurses in Lebanon, and the Lions Club Chtaura , organized an awareness session in Zahle – Chtaura Park Hotel, titled:
“Palliative Care: A Medical, Humanitarian, and Social Responsibility.”
The session, presented by SANAD’s Hospice Nurse Racha Zouki and Mrs. Silva Sailian, President of the Lebanese Association for Palliative Care Nursing, shed light on the importance of the holistic approach of palliative care while also highlighting the supportive role of the community in caring for terminally ill patients and their families.
