As part of the bereavement support program pilot, SANAD’s mental health unit conducted a series of group grief support sessions which offer education, support, and solace to the caregivers and family members of SANAD’s late patients. The series consists of 8 sessions, each tackling a different aspect of loss and grief:
𝟭. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗻𝗲’𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆
sharing the loss story of each participant.

About sharing memories with the loved one and brainstorming ways to continue the relationship.
